2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused, shared improperly, or used to attack, scrape, spam, or disrupt the service.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, credit, rate-limit, or security controls.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute private test materials or answer keys.
- Do not use the service in a way that harms other students, teachers, or Sylheti IELTS.
4. Credits and Payments
Paid credits are added to your student account after payment verification. Credits are non-transferable and are intended only for the account holder. Some credit packs may expire; expiry details are shown on the pricing page or dashboard where applicable.
5. Practice Results
Band scores, AI feedback, human feedback, and mock results are practice estimates for preparation. They are not official IELTS scores and are not issued by IELTS, IDP, Cambridge, or the British Council.
6. Service Availability
We try to keep the website available, but maintenance, internet issues, hosting issues, third-party API issues, or payment-provider issues may interrupt service. We may update, pause, or change features when needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
